Greetings! Come on in and rest here for a bit. I would like to tell you about one of my passions--the guild named Shadows of Ravenloft [SOR]

SOR was created in 2005 by Thor Skullcrusher who is also our current leader. We are a stable, Luxon pve guild with a membership between 75-80 players. We are primarily a PvE Luxon Guild although we do enjoy SORway in Alliance Battles (AB), Ft. Aspenwood (FA), Jade Quarry (JQ), and have ventured into HA . We do FoW clears, Urgoz, Z Bounties and Missions, and have 2 regularly scheduled nights for HM Dungeons. So, if you are online in one of those areas late at night and find yourself surrounded by capes sporting the golden hammer of Thor, say hi to us and see if we have a spot available for the mission.

Our style of play is very relaxed. We rarely use classic team builds, but we do strive to take balanced teams on our outings. We do request that you have the ability to use voice communication for our group outings, however.

We have many advanced players who are always willing to help out, including a few 50/50 GWAMMers. Many of us have played together for years, but, don't let that stop you from considering us! If you are title hunting, need help for a particular tricky mission, or some company, just ask. We have a lot of resources to help you both within the guild and in the alliance. We are members of the Noble Honor Alliance. We are looking for players who are mature, respect other players and their abilites and just like to have fun. Your gaming experience is not a factor, so even if you are new to Guild Wars or are a returning player you are most welcome!

Since the majority of our members live on the North American continent, you will find the most company in game from about 4pm EST to 2am EST, however we have players from all around the world, from Singapore to Norway.

We have no faction requirements, although we do make guild trips to farm faction on occasion (which is great if you are working on your LUX Title!)

So, until GW2 is released, how do you want to spend the rest of your time in Guild Wars? Do you want to spend your time online grinding out titles alone? Or would you like to be part of a dynamic, 6 year old guild with a very active veteran guild leader and helpful, friendly guildies who plan on moving to GW2 together?
